Delivery, Returns and Refunds
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order at Life Scribbles, we will charge your card. We will then contact our print providers to start the fulfilment process of printing the products and shipping them.
Order Delivery
Your order will be then dispatched within 3-12 business days depending upon your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy https://lifescribbles.com/pages/shipping-policy. You will receive tracking details via email within 24 hours of your order being shipped. If you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us on info@lifescribbles.com.
Return Eligibility
Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customised products (print-on-demand) are non-refundable unless there is a defect or printing error.
Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or receipt to process any returns or refunds.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds for Print-on-Demand Products
As each item is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than defects, damage, or incorrect items. For approved returns, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
Return Process
Contact Us: Initiate the return process by contacting our support team at info@lifescribbles.com. Return address will be provided on contacting the customer support team.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
European Union Right of Withdrawal: If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. This right does not apply to customised goods ( e.g., print-on-demand products) as per Article 16 (c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to the custom nature of our product.

Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to offer flexibility where possible. However, due to the nature of our print-on-demand service, we begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Cancellations within 24 hours: If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lifescribbles.com. We will do our best to stop the fulfilment process and cancel the order without any charges.
- Cancellations after 24 hours: Once an order has been in production, it cannot be fully canceled. As the item has already been sent for printing, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover the production and processing costs incurred.
